• Groups must all attend the first showing. COVID restrictions apply.
• When attending the showing, please abide on the following rules:
o Wear face mask.
o Wash your hands with soap and water or use alcohol or hand sanitizer.
o Do not touch surfaces. All persons viewing the property should avoid touching knobs, faucets, countertops, light switches, and other such items.
o Do not use the bathroom facilities at the property.
o Do not share phones, pens, tablets or other personal property during the showing.
o Practice social distancing by keeping at least 6 feet between yourself and others.
o After viewing, discard any disposable masks, gloves or shoe coverings worn during the visit.
**If you are currently afflicted with, or within the last 14 days, have been in contact with someone afflicted with Covid-19, or have any symptoms such as fever, cough or difficulty in breathing, please do not enter the property. If you traveled off-island within 14 days, no in-person showing will be allowed.
In the event, you or one of your household is diagnosed or shows symptoms of Covid-19 within 14 days after viewing the property, please notify Lydia Bishop of Sesame Realty, LLC immediately.
