Aloha and thank you for your interest in our rental listing. Our application process is a two-step process.
The first step is an application that all adults planning to reside in the rental property need to complete and pay the non-refundable application fee of $50 per adult. We have a minimum credit score requirement of 680. If you know your credit score is below this minimum, please talk to us before submitting your application to avoid paying the nonrefundable application fee.
The second step is to give us permission to run your credit report and a background check. Based on the information provided to us from these independent, outside service companies, we will let you know our decision. As the Property Management company for our owners, we have the responsibility of vetting all applicants to ensure the most qualified applicants that will take care of our owner’s property and will pay their rent within the guidelines of the Fair Housing Act and Equal Housing laws and the laws of the City & County of Honolulu.
