She provided great tools for us to assist in selecting homes to go and see. * When we first started, we were all over the place with our requirements, as we started to see houses, she helped us refine and define what we really wanted. * She often anticipated our desires to see homes. She recommended the strategy/approach we needed to take in dealing with the seller’s agent and often helped keep us grounded. * Purchasing a home is a business transaction, but some of the other agents that we interviewed before Lydia treat the entire process as purely business (very impersonal and all-business). Our experience with Lydia while professional was also very personal, we got to learn about Lydia, her family and likewise she got to know us. She made us feel like family.
